18th Century 3-storey terraced house in limehouse
The works involved converting 2 houses into a mid-terrace single house
removing what was originally the party wall but leaving the 3rd floor section in place which had fully tiled bathrooms on one side.

This project was the construction of a 2-storey timber frame one bedroomed detached house.
Won the Hackney Design Award 2008
